Erik ten Hag’s leadership seems lost, and if they falter against Luton today, especially with an international break approaching, it might be curtains for him.

Amid the talk of potential replacements, one name stands out: Steve Bruce. A United legend, an accomplished manager with a proven track record, he could be the answer to their problems. This might sound far-fetched, but remember two years ago when similar discussions were had about interim managers.

It’s a complex situation for United. The cost and consequences of changing managers are significant.
