
Evan Ferguson, Manchester United target, has just signed a new six-year contract.
According to The Sun, Manchester United target Evan Ferguson has signed a new six-year contract with the Seagulls that will keep him at the club until 2029. Signing the young talent now appears to be extremely difficult.
Evan Ferguson, one of the best football talents in England, has piqued the interest of several elite clubs, including Manchester United, as a result of his performances for Brighton & Hove Albion. He may be less likely to join us now that he has signed a new contract.
Ferguson is reportedly not eager to leave Brighton, and while Manchester United and Chelsea are also interested, Manchester City is not actively pursuing a transfer at the moment. Ferguson made his Irish debut at the age of 14 in a friendly against Chelsea, and he later joined Brighton from Bohemians in 2021.
He leads Brighton in league scoring this season at the age of 19 and has three goals in eight senior caps for Ireland. Ferguson, who grew up supporting Manchester United, signed a new long-term contract after his breakout season earlier this year.
We currently have Rasmus Hojlund, who shows promise. The future is unpredictable, so let’s see how this one plays out for now.
United, who have previously fumbled their lines numerous times, are among those hoping to sign the young prodigy. Ferguson’s first chance came before his breakthrough at Brighton, when the Red Devils were unable to sign him following a trial on youth terms.
