Marcus Morris Sees A Potential Timberwolves Signing

As part of the three-team trade that sent Doug McDermott from the Spurs to the Pacers and Buddy Hield from the Indiana Pacers to the Sixers, the Philadelphia 76ers sent Marcus Morris to the San Antonio Spurs. Given that San Antonio is rebuilding, Morris is anticipated to be waived.

Morris is inclined to sign with the Minnesota Timberwolves, who are 36-15 and have the best record in the Western Conference, according to a tweet from Patrick Beverley, who was dealt by the Sixers to the Milwaukee Bucks.

Morris is shooting 43.9% from the field, 40.0% from outside the arc, and 86.1% from the free-throw line this season, averaging 6.7 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 0.7 assists. Before being traded, he played in 37 games with the Sixers.
