Celtics Legend Paul Pierce Finger Injury Will Undergo Surgery

The 46-year-old Pierce gave no explanation for his finger ailment. Nevertheless, judging from the pictures he uploaded, it was quite a healthcare.

Pierce posted on social media, “I’m good by the way, just broke a couple fingers, gonna have surgery on one.”

When he snapped those pictures, The Truth was lying in a hospital bed and was dressed in a patient gown. Pierce released an unflattering image of what looked to be the tip of his right ring finger, pointing away from his thumb. The other side of his phalange, which was completely broken apart, is shown in a closer photo.

Despite raising concerns among NBA and Celtics supporters, Pierce’s remark seems to suggest that he will recover well from his operation.
