DONE DEAL: Top Florida state Seminoles Quarterback Brock Glenn Flip commitment to Florida Gators Over Alabama and others…
In a shocking turn of events, top quarterback prospect Brock Glenn has flipped his commitment from the Florida State Seminoles to the Florida Gators. The highly touted quarterback had been committed to the Seminoles since July, but a late push from the Gators’ coaching staff has convinced him to switch allegiances.
Glenn, a four-star prospect from Memphis, Tennessee, had been courted by several top programs, including Alabama, Georgia, and LSU. However, it was the Gators’ coaching staff, led by head coach Billy Napier, that ultimately won him over.
“I’m thrilled to announce that I’m committing to the University of Florida,” Glenn said in a statement. “The coaching staff and the entire Gator Nation have made me feel like I’m part of the family. I’m excited to be a part of this program and help bring championships to Gainesville.”
Glenn’s commitment is a major coup for the Gators, who are looking to rebuild their program after a disappointing season. With Glenn on board, the Gators are expected to be a major player in the SEC East next season.
